Rohit Bal to draw the silver curtains on ‘FDCI India Couture Week 2016’


New Delhi, July 1, 2016: FDCI India Couture Week 2016 will get a befitting closure on Day 5 with stunning ensembles by India’s true connoisseur of luxury and veteran style guru Rohit Bal. The designer’s show will be held at an offsite venue on July 24 in the capital.

Rohit has been lighting up the fashion landscape for more than twenty five years and has strived to resuscitate the design traditions of a vibrant country like India through his robust offerings.

Sunil Sethi ,  President, FDCI, said, “Rohit Bal will set the tone of the FDCI India Couture Week 2016 closing  show,  with a tribute to fine craftsmanship carrying forward an inimitable legacy, which makes him the most sought-after name in Indian fashion. His label exudes subtle elements of his multi-faceted artistic talents making him the undisputed leader of couture.”

Rohit Bal stated, “I am really excited and proud to present as a closing designer for FDCI India Couture Week 2016. With so many established names of the fashion fraternity also presenting at the event, I’m looking forward to a marvellous couture week.
